1. Purpose
The purpose of TUG (TimeTell User Group) from the user's point of view:

• Looking after the interests of the users
• Communicating on behalf of the users with TimeTell about the quality and future developments of the software
• Guaranteeing the continuity of the use of the software through an Escrow agreement

2. Membership
All TimeTell customers can join the TUG.
PLEASE NOTE: being a TimeTell customer does not automatically gain you a membership to the TUG.
Te become a member, you can fill out the following document. The entry fee (administration costs) is £50,--.

3. Board
The TUG board is formed:

• Chairman: Leo van de Westelaken (Gezondheidsdienst voor Dieren)
• Treasurer: Sitze Lammerts van Bueren (De Nederlandsche Bank)
• Secretary: Noëlle van Rens (Sociale Verzekeringsbank)

5. Frequency
The TUG meets once per year. The last meeting took place on October 9th 2006, at "Kontakt der Kontinenten" (**actual name**)

Members of the TUG are given access codes to the secure part of the website. On this secure part you can find the following:

• Overview of the TUG members
• Official statute of the TUG
• Escrow agreement
• Budget for the TUG for 2006-2007
• Presentations of the client day 2006
