The product presentation of TimeTell Corporation Our product presentation
The presentation consists of the following:
1. Timesheet
The employee can register their worked hours in a timesheet. The hours can be recorded according to a detail-level, which is to be set first. The timesheet can be adjusted to the desired circumstances of your organization. It is possible to book time in five different areas: employee, activity, project, client and cost-location. The main function of Timetable is to keep the timesheet as simple as possible and to make it as easy as possible for the employees to input their data. In this example the hours are recorded per project and activity. The users, using a choice list, can add projects and activities to the week. Also, declaration-data and other data can be recorded here.

It is also possible to register the times in chronological order (from-until), which makes it possible to see the tasks very precisely from minute to minute. The project manager can approve project bookings. The timesheet with the report information is presented clearly and efficiently. Every report can be exported with the push of a button to MS Excel. In MS Excel the report can be edited further. With the help of wizard a query can be built, which can retrieve the desired data from the database.
