TimeTell & Sickness, Holiday and Overtime (SHO)
TimeTell provides a complete sickness, holiday and overtime registration system fully integrated with time and attendance recording. Allowing organizations to entrust this tasks to their employees, in a self-service environment. It enables employees to view their own absence data, overtime and salary packages. A key benefit of this to organizations is that it helps speed up manual, paper based processes requiring line management authorization. Furthermore this will help increase employee satisfaction, as this means less room for errors in the calculation of these elements for their pay.
Sickness is often reported by the Line manager or HRM. Because TimeTell is a complete integrated system some of the tasks such as completing timesheets will be automated.
Within TimeTell an absence request can be created, completed and e-mailed for confirmation. This can be sent with the request for approval from the Line manager. The absence/holiday planning can be viewed as a graph. The employee and manager can view their entitlements, such as holiday allowance, plus-minus hours and absence.
Using TimeTell all employees are able to check how much absence they have recorded, and for what reason. This makes TimeTell a useful recording and reporting tool of this data. Making it possible for both employees and line managers to monitor absence in relation to company targets and objectives.
By comparing the standard schedule with the real-time booked hours, TimeTell can determine if there is a need to calculate overtime. TimeTell can also show if overtime needs to be deducted time-for-time or time-for-money, with or without overtime percentage.
