Our support and maintenance
Support comprises of helpdesk assistance. TimeTell Corporation regards maintenance as the improvement of TimeTell software and the release of updates of its time registration software.
The support and maintenance contract, allows our clients to access our helpdesk support. This support can be by phone or e-mail. The helpdesk is open standard office-hours (8.00 am - 4.00 pm).
You can also request 'on site' support. This means that one of our employees can give local support. This will be charged in accordance with our standard rates.
