The installation / implementation of Timetell software

TimeTell advises clients to form a small evaluation group in order to test the software after implementation. The testing results are reviewed, evaluated and implemented prior to the introduction of TimeTell, and only then is the software approved for company-wide distribution and use. 
We encourage our clients to appoint a TimeTell project team and select clients to develop a core user group. The project team's task is to work with the TimeTell team to ensure TimeTell is implemented in a successful, efficient, and timely manner.

In larger companies, we often work with a project team, which monitors the objectives and progress of the implementation process. A consultant from TimeTell Corporation generally participates in both the project group and core user group efforts, primarily to share their knowledge and expertise.
Support is primarily comprised of helpdesk assistance. TimeTell Corporation regards maintenance as the improvement of TimeTell software and the release of software updates. The support and maintenance contract allows our clients to access helpdesk support, and receive assistance with updates. This support can be via phone or e-mail; the helpdesk is open from 8.00 - 16.00, standard (UK) office hours.
